How much does it cost?
We offer the options of flat rate and per pound pricing to accomodate the preferences of our clients.

Do you provide laundry bags?
We provide durable laundry bags at $10, however you can choose to use yours.

Do I need to create an account?
Yes! The phone number provided is used to provide you with updates on the status of your laundry service.

Do you charge a service fee?
No we do not charge a service fee. But we charge a flat delivery fee of $2.

Do you wash towels?
Yes, we wash towels.

Will my clothes be washed with other customer's clothes?
No, we wash and dry our customer's laundry in separate machines.

Can I set up a recurring service?
Yes, our schedule link provides the option of setting up a recurring pickup.

What if I am not home when you arrive for pick up and I forgot to leave my laundry on the porch?
We will notify you by text message before we set on our way to pick up your laundry. We require you to confirm the availability of the laundry for pickup at the set time.

Can i make changes to my recurring request?
Yes you are able to change or cancel at anytime.

Can my pick up location be different from my delivery location?
Yes you can have a different address for pick-up and delivery.

Can i provide my own laundry detergent?
Yes you can provide your own detergent.

Do you do same day delivery?
Yes, we do same day delivery, but at an additional cost of $2.00. Our delivery time is a maximum of 24hours

What if i miss my delivery when the delivery driver arrives?
You will be notified by call and text when driver is on the way, if you do not confirm your unavailability and the driver arrives and you arennot home, you will be charged a missed delivery fee of $25
